Engel is a German brand whose range for babies consists of clothes made from pure Merino virgin wool. In addition to organic cotton, the finest organic Merino virgin and natural organic Merino virgin wool with silk are used. All the dyes used are free of heavy metals and are free of harmful AZO dyes. To dye the wool textiles, only reactive dye is used. These compounds especially well with fiber and stand out for its speed. Engel refrains from any kind of chemical finishing with the textile treatments. Basically, all substances used must be biodegradable and must not contaminate soil, air and water.
